replace Firebarriers

replace EWI (external solid wall insulation) Render

replace Balcony Decking Boards 

remove, temporarily replant Tree's and reinstate at Project end

Replace all combustible materials with A1-s1,d0 / A2-s1,d0 certified non-combustible materials to achieve EWS1 certification.

removal of all combustible materials in external wall built-up

remove, store temporarily and re-install Terracotta - Tiles
