Investigation & Intrusive Surveys
FMUK is regarded as an expert in facades and we undertake surveys to uncover performance related issues impacting upon the integrity of a facade/ external envelope. In many instances, the investigation and surveys performed by FMUK lead to the Company delivering a solution to correct the facade and being awarded the project
Glazing Repairs / Leak detection
Whether it be through impact damage, Spontaneous (impurities like Nickel-Sulfide) breakages or gasket failure - we can source the correct materials to replace the defective works. we are particularly adept at working on multistorey buildings and working at heights, we can also manage the access/traffic management permits required in some locations
Maintenance
We can provide qualified technicians to undertake routine or "call-out" repairs, active- or reactive Maintenance to new and old commercial or residential Buildings. Through our Design department we can identify correct replacement materials required to maintain existing warranties with original manufacturers being it system gaskets, membranes or compatible wet seals
New Facades
We do not only undertake works to existing buildings, our design and project management team have years of experience installing facades to new-build projects, whether it be unitised, aluminium cladding or curtain walling.
Feasability Studies
we develop new methods of access, logistics and work with 3D visualisations to conceptualise new ideas to ensure "buildability" and to allow Clients to make informed decisions
